FULL-SCALE A/V PRODUCTION

Since 2020, Slalom Consulting has relied on Red Element for their technical and creative needs for their most critical executive messaging. Our projects have included marketing videos, animations, webinars, livestream events, and more. But the biggest creative challenge by far is helping them put on their largest annual event, the R4 conference. An eye-popping program of A-list celebrities, former heads of state, and corporate icons share inspiration and leadership from the stage. Every year, we help with creative development, stage design, and wrap around audio/video services for the event. It’s a huge undertaking, and we love every bit of it. EVENT VIDEO CONTENT PRODUCTION

We’re always excited when Slalom calls to tell us about their plans for the next R4, because each year the number of attendees grows, and the venue and video screens get bigger and more technically complex. In 2024, we created an intro animation for the event that spread across three video walls in a large concert hall to kick off their three days of programming.

In 2025, we produced “walk up” videos for their numerous and notable keynote speakers for screens spanning 200+ feet, in different shapes and sizes that emulated a skyline, apropos of the event’s New York City setting. The screens were an eye-popping 24,000+ pixels wide!
